You may receive your documents from our website one of two ways.

Option 1. Input the order number and tracking number. These numbers are contained in the email, "Documents ready for downloading".

Option 2. Use the retrieval code given to you by the sender. If you do not have a retrieval code, please call the sender directly.

*Documents delivered using ReceiveDocs have a default expiration of two weeks. Documents can expire in less than two weeks if specified by sender.
